I need to change/cancel my order.
You have 48 hours after placing your order to edit or cancel it. You can submit your request by emailing our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also reach us at 888.510.7446 10AM-4PM CST.
How are your sizes determined?
We offer several different sizes of all of our products. The size of our square products represents the side length. The size of circle products represents the diameter. The rest of our products are measured from the greatest points of the product.
Where do I enter my coupon code?
(Valid on certain seasons only)
Once you have added the item/items you would like to purchase to your cart, click view cart. This will take you to your cart page. Click Checkout. You should see the gift certificate discount code box. You will enter your code in the box and click Apply. This should adjust your total.
Will my metal product rust?
Our metal products, when painted, are powder coated and cured in a 400 degree oven. As long as there aren't any blemishes exposing the actual metal, your piece is protected from the elements.
**The Galvanized option is not powder coated. It is literally the raw metal so it will eventually rust. If you like the raw, rusted look but would like minimal rusting, you can apply a rust neutralizer and then a clear coat to your piece.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, our only international shipping is to Canada. Orders can be shipped to Canada for an additional $75.00 shipping fee. Domestic shipping is for the continental USA. At this time we do not send products to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or some other US territories.
Damage / Return Policy
Due to the customization of our products, items can not be returned to us for a refund. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, or if you believe you may be missing part of your order, you must notify us within three business days of receipt as shown on your tracking information.
If your item is shipped USPS and arrives damaged, please take your order and packaging to your local Post Office to file a damages claim. They will notify us of the claim. Once the claim has been resolved, we will be able to proceed appropriately. This is Post Office policy.

Do you have any sales going on right now?
We have sales periodically, but we recommend subscribing to our emails. Sign up by clicking the "Sign Up" tab where apperas in our website
(There's a special treat for those of you who sign up right now). We always mail out our special offers to our e-mail subscribers first!
I need an item by a certain date. How can I guarantee that?
Since we do not offer any expedited services, we recommend that you order your item at least 8 weeks before you need it. We realize this seems like a long time, but due to the personalization that is required to produce your item plus the shipping time, we recommend that you plan plenty of time in advance!
If you don't have enough time to get the item for a specific date, you can always send your recipient a Gift Card.
What shipping services do you use?
We ship our products through two shipping providers, UPS and the Post Office.
Depending on your location in the United States, your package can take anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive once the label has been created. When your order ships, we e-mail you tracking information so that you can keep a close on eye on where your order is!
What colors do you offer?
We offer seven color options for your metal decor items. All colors other than basic colors have an aditional cost, as noted. Galvanized is not painted. The monograms colors are as listed below:
Galvanized Metal (buffed finish, not powder coated, may eventually rust)
The metal panels colors are: Black, White, Green, Blue, Gold and Galvanized.
Our powder coated items are run through a detailed process to ensure that your surface is prepared correctly and that your color finish lasts for a long time in an indoor or outdoor environment.
Pictures shown a rusty metal panel, which is also available for the Metal panels only.
How thick is the steel used on your products?
Our products are cut out of 16 gauge steel. This thickness was chosen to provide you with a solid and quality item, but isn't too heavy to hang on your wall or door!
Galvanized products are made using 18 gauge.
How long does it take to ship an order?
The general turnaround time for most products is 4-6 weeks. The reason for this amount of time is that each item is unique and customized. We can not produce your item until we receive your order, so we have to build the items as they are ordered!

Will my order automatically be pluralized?
We will automatically pluralize the name on your product based on the guidelines shown on the grammatical reference guide. If you do not want your order pluralized, please specify this in the order notes when personalizing your order. You can find our guide on pluralization here and our monogram guide here.
Why does the price change on certain options?
Price will change depending on size and particular non-basic colors. If you select a color like Bronze, Silver or Gold, or Galvanized, the price will add accordingly.
The initial price shown is the base price of the first size option the cost will increase with size increases.
How much is the shipping cost?
We have a flat rate shipping of $10.90 to anywhere in the continental US, for the monograms.
This rate changes for panels due to nature of size and weight. The minimum rate would be $84.72.
The only international shipping offered at this time is to Canada for $35.00. when a monogram is shipped. Unfortunately panels are not available for Canada, so far.
My tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my order.
You will need to contact the local Post Office or UPS with your tracking number to file a missing mail claim.
